That's a systemic issue, not something that one person can do.

Trust is involved and trust is a resource that is severely lacking, even with wardens. Especially with wardens. We are all protective of our charges and the other charges and we all want to do what's right.

Unfortunately, we can't seem to agree that we are all on the same side of the issue. The enemy is not within us.
