I'm a psychiatrist. And I care about the people here and the experience and conflicts and hardships they face.

And when one of my colleagues is being widely unethical and has been hostile to me from the start, I don't have to accept that behavior.

I get what you're trying to do. However, I would appreciate you not trying to mediate, especially one sided, without being given all the facts.

But we've had mediations. So again, I see the effort. But this has been over six months in the making.

Me, too. It'd be easier if I didn't, I think. I'd still be frustrated about his relationship but I wouldn't worry about him the same way.
