Okay. You think I should wait a bit first, so he's not getting too many people at once? Jesus thinks we should have a lot of people working on him, and I get that, but I'm thinking maybe staggering them would be good.

I would tell Crozier now and let him decide. I get the impression that they're close, but I trust him to make objective decisions.
