I will run through the previous day's accomplishments, update tomorrow's to-do list, work on existing projects until I am tired, change to night clothing and retire to my bed.
Simply the number of cups of caf I am consuming. Stim shots were also available prior to my arrival here, but I have not used them except for when the Enposib capsized and I was needed in search and rescue operations.
Stimulants used long term can have very negative effects on sleep. It cn reduce the quality of sleep, so that even if you're getting the appropriate amount of time, the sleep itself is impaired.

Try to slowly lower your intake of stimulants over the course of a week or so. If it doesn't improve, we can talk about it next session.
