Simply the number of cups of caf I am consuming. Stim shots were also available prior to my arrival here, but I have not used them except for when the Enposib capsized and I was needed in search and rescue operations.
Stimulants used long term can have very negative effects on sleep. It cn reduce the quality of sleep, so that even if you're getting the appropriate amount of time, the sleep itself is impaired.
